SPD is a local charity set up to help people with disabilities of all ages to maximise their potential and integrate them into mainstream society through programmes that encompass rehabilitation, employment, training and education.
Programmes that focus on empowering young people include the SPD Education Programme, which offers financial assistance to students studying in mainstream schools. The SPD Learning and Development Centre provides learning opportunities to students with physical disabilities through outings, camps and workshops.

THE ASSOCIATION MANAGES A SUITE OF PROGRAMMES AND SERVICES UNDER THE EDEN BRAND PORTFOLIO – EDEN CHILDREN’S CENTRE, EDEN SCHOOL, EDEN CENTRE FOR ADULTS, EDEN ACTIVITY CLUB AND EDEN FOR LIFE FOR CHILDREN, YOUTHS AND ADULTS ON THE AUTISM SPECTRUM.

USP Residence category
USP is a multidisciplinary, partially residential, academic programme for National University of Singapore (NUS) undergraduates. Similar to the past iterations, “We Will Dance” is organised by a team of undergraduate students from the USP and is supported by programme.
Having benefited from the USP experience, the organising committee strongly believes that the opportunity to be part of the programme should be open to all who qualify, regardless of their financial backgrounds.
The NUS Student Assistance Fund (USP Residence) helps financially challenged USP students cover part of the cost of living in the USP Residential College.

The profits raised will be proceed to support Eden Centre for Adults which endeavours to be the leading centre in achieving quality and long-term outcomes for adults with autism and their families.
The funds raised would go into the SPD Education Programme, which offers financial assistance to students studying in mainstream schools as well as the SPD Learning and Development Centre that provides learning opportunities to students with physical disabilities through outings, camps, and workshops.

To support students who qualify for the programme but lack sufficient funds to properly enroll. USP is a rigorous interdisciplinary programme, that enhances the learning ability of USP students by providing a transformative learning environment, an innovative curriculum, and diverse global opportunities.
